I’m currently editing the poems in my first volume of dragon poetry!

I launched my dragon website, Dragonsinn.net, back in 1999, and right now I seriously can’t remember when I wrote my first dragon poem.

It was possibly during that same year, although I took a few years to add my own poems onto the website.

About the poems

I took my own sweet time to work on these, as I wanted it to be mythical but still somewhat grounded in the real world (for the poems that I wrote in my adult years).

I’d describe the dragon poems as more emotionally layered than sitting neatly in the traditional fantasy genre.

There’ll be four themed quadrants in the collection, including one that’s about “romance / love & longing.”
